While we believe that every person in our church is vital & called to serve God in unique ways, our staff role is to serve in the day-to-day ministry of the body.
NICE TO MEET YOU...
The TCBC staff exists to make our vision & strategy into an everyday, practical reality, to serve the body as a whole, & to provide leadership to the various ministries of the church... BUT their primary role is to equip every person in the church body unto ministry (Eph 4:11-13).
Ultimately, TCBC is under the leadership of a "shepherding team" (elder board) which meets regularly to give guidance, direction, accountability, & support to the church and staff. These men are Ted Wueste, Corbin Wilson, Jeff Bryan, Karl Marshall, and Jeremy Dietrich. If you ever need anything, feel free to contact one of these men, in addition to TCBC's staff team.
