Chris Groff, Pastor of Community
NAME: Chris Groff
BORN: September 16, 1957 in Catskill, New York. In my defense, I’ve lived in eight different states since then.
FAMILY: Married to Michelle since 1981. Two sons – Ben (26), an artist living in Fort Worth, and Bob (24), studying to be a pastor at Criswell Bible College in Dallas.
HOBBIES: Tennis, mountain climbing, cross-fit training, reading, and cooking (really).

YOUR ROLE @ TCBC: As pastor for community and equipping I am responsible for small groups, adult ministries, and helping people discover and use their gifts to serve the Kingdom.
EDUCATION: Masters in Christian Education (Dallas Theological Seminary); Juris Doctor (Baylor Law School); Bachelor of Business Administration (TCU).
PASSION: Helping people understand how to use their gifts, life experiences, and passions to love others. I truly believe that sanctification ought to be a team sport and that when we are authentic and transparent with each other in a loving community, we are the hands and feet of Christ.
