The Price is Right

In Luke 14:25–35, Jesus tells the crowds to count the cost of following Him. Salvation is a free gift, fully paid for by Christ, but discipleship means giving Jesus the final word over our relationships, plans, comfort, possessions, and even our lives. In this message, we look at what it really means to take up our cross, why we often try to avoid the cost, and why Jesus is worth everything He asks us to surrender.
